Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Each item is made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

Are items made-to-order?
Yes. Every item is printed after purchase to ensure quality and reduce waste.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders. All prices already include shipping — no surprises at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total (processing + shipping).

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@godsarmorwear.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
